They didn't even have vale service the entire stay unlike the Riverside hotel where we enjoyed a great dinner at the Prime Rib Room. Wouldn't you know it, they over billed me by $78.00 vs. Once back home I checked to verify the final charges on my AMEX card.

They refused to seat us and we had to find another place to eat even though we enlisted the assistance of THE PIT BOSS! So on my birthday, a Monday night, we head to the Range steakhouse where my son made an on line reservation over a month ago only to be told that they didn't have a record of on file even though my son showed proof via his cell phone. When staying at the Tropicana or Aquarius it was never a problem with the 3 of us sharing a room. They took turns sleeping on the floor each night. To start off, one of the 2 beds in our deluxe room were too small for my grown son and grandson to share while I slept in the other. Consider going when it’s a little warmer when there are more activities available, e.g., swimming, jet skiing, utilizing their beach.Īfter going to Laughlin for over 45 years staying at Harrahs for the first time was the absolute worst trip ever. We did notice just about every staff member wore a wristwatch. Sometimes they read the correct time, other times they read mountain time. Even the vouchers aren’t always accurate. We realize casinos don’t have clocks, but an exception should be made in Laughlin. Water taxis on the Colorado River ran while we were there, but stops limited depending on the water level. Attempted to Uber but that was a lost cause. Shuttle will take you to Tropicana, shuttle starts at 10am, runs only every 2 hours. Unless you’re able to do some walking, you’re basically stuck at the property. More options to dine on weekend, but Monday-Thursday, limited options remained. A visit to front desk had to be made to get room cleaned, though.
